The German clock museum glasshütte is a clock museum of international rank in glasswork in Saxonia. The exhibition in the building of the former watchmaker school of glasswork begins in the first stick, which one reaches by means of a spiral stair.
To the collection of the German clock museum glasswork belong beside watches, precision pendulum clocks and wrist-watches also naval stop watches, course models, historical tools and media of the watchmakers from past epochs. More information here!

Spiral Staircase:
Two cheek-steel staircase with uniformly coiled, 24-part plan.
Between the cheeks of welded steel box with a sound kicking. Steps with closed risers.
Occurs as a glass surface levels of laminated safety glass with backlighting.
Staircase balustrade railings as increased external cheek.
Stainless steel handrail in a niche education of the box profile.
All steel parts painted handrail satin.

Das Deutsche Uhrenmuseum Glashütte ist ein Uhrenmuseum von internationalem Rang in Glashütte in Sachsen. Die Ausstellung im Gebäude der ehemaligen Uhrmacherschule von Glashütte beginnt im ersten Stock, das man über eine Wendeltreppe erreicht.
Zur Sammlung des Deutschen Uhrenmuseums Glashütte gehören neben Taschenuhren, Präzisionspendeluhren und Armbanduhren auch Marinechronometer, Gangmodelle, historische Werkzeuge und Arbeitsmittel der Uhrmacher aus vergangenen Epochen. Mehr Informationen hier!

Wendeltreppe:
Zweiwangen-Stahltreppe mit gleichmäßig gewendeltem, 24-teiligem Grundriß.
Zwischen den Wangen verschweißte Stahlkastentritte mit Schalldämmung. Stufen mit Setzstufen geschlossen.
Trittbelag als Glasstufen aus Verbundsicherheitsglas mit Hinterleuchtung.
Treppenaußenwangen als Geländerbrüstung erhöht.
Edelstahlhandlauf in einer Nischenausbildung des Kastenprofils.
Alle Stahlteile lackiert, Handlauf matt geschliffen.

I think what makes this an amazing photo and what distinguishes it from other spiral staircase shots is the splash of colour on the stairs. I assume it's a result of the backlighting, but whatever it is, it's brilliant. Wonderful capture, particularly with composition.
