The Tyn Church, whose full name "Church of St. Mary before Tyn" is, is a wonderful example of Gothic architecture.
The construction began in 1365, nevertheless, was finished only in the 15th century when the western gable and the roof were added.

The cathedral is on the historical old town-dweller ring where his high, mighty towers dominate the skyline.
Although the towers are optically identical, there are fine differences. Besides, the construction one of the towers is more robust than the other, supposedly to represent male strength.
The cathedral is flooded with light at night and appears Therefore at night in special shine.

Die Teynkirche, deren vollständiger Name „Kirche St. Maria vor dem Teyn" lautet, ist ein wunderbares Beispiel gotischer Architektur.
Der Bau begann im Jahre 1365, wurde jedoch erst im 15. Jahrhundert fertig gestellt, als das Dach und der westliche Giebel hinzugefügt wurden.

Die Kathedrale befindet sich auf dem historischen Altstädter Ring, wo seine hohen, mächtigen Türme die Skyline dominieren.
Obwohl die Türme optisch identisch sind, gibt es feine Unterschiede. Die Konstruktion einer der Türme ist dabei robuster als der andere, angeblich um männliche Stärke zu repräsentieren.
Die Kathedrale wird in der Nacht mit Licht geflutet und erscheint somit nachts in besonderem Glanz.
