The singing jet is a Marien's barber-surgeon specific feature. The round washbasin of a diameter of eighteen metres carries in the middle of a level bowl a stone stylised flower sculpture with the middle section from bright lustre-polished rustproof steel. The jet has ten basic nozzle systems with more than 250 nozzles.

The middle ray reaches upwards from six metres. Author of the design is the academic architect Pavel Mik š ík. The composer Petr Hapka composed the first piece of music of the musical company. There followed other works from the creating of FOLLOWING Chopin, W.A.Mozart, brook J.s., Ch. Gounod, B. Smetana, A. Dvo ø ák and other composer.

The jet mostly sounds every odd hour and the pieces of music have a regular order.

wow!! this picture looks incredible!! the water looks like a fire coming out of the side and the water in the middle looking like a Volcanic eruption, the sky are also very beautiful.. keep taking photos!
