    Deep woods all around Lipnice hide some interesting places which are worth it to be seen. For example, this unusual monument (2005) - carved on the walls of a former stone quarry.
    It shows the symbol for the ears (Bretschneider ear) which deals with the history of the soldier Schwejk and tschechichen, national mind generally.
    Author is the sculptor Mr. R. Dvořák. Other symbols are lips and eyes - they belong to a cycle of three sculptures against the hearing and spying. They are named after the informer Bretschneider from The good soldier Schwejk.

    Tiefe Wälder rund um Lipnice verstecken einige interessante Orte, die es wert sind, gesehen zu werden. Zum Beispiel dieses ungewöhnliches Denkmal (2005) - geschnitzt auf den Mauern eines ehemaligen Steinbruch.
    Es stellt das Symbol für die Ohren (Bretschneider Ohr) dar, die mit der Geschichte vom Soldat Schwejk und dem tschechichen, nationalen Geist im Allgemeinen zu tun hat.
    Autor ist der Bildhauer Herr R. Dvořák. Weitere Symbole sind Lippen und Augen - sie gehören zu einem Zyklus von drei Skulpturen gegen die Abhörung und Bespitzelung. Benannt sind sie nach dem Spitzel Bretschneider aus Der brave Soldat Schwejk.
